AVS is a platform provided by DLILabs to organizations. Attendance data generated through the Service is accessible to authorized administrators designated by your organization. We retain attendance and account data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by organizational policies and applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on organizational configuration.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge this risk.

  • You may use AVS without enabling location services.

AVS is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
